 New York faces a choice: whether to opt into a new federal tax-credit voucher program that would redirect public tax dollars to subsidize private school tuition. This would lead to defunding the public schools that serve 90% of our children and anchor our communities.

Public dollars belong in public schools. The organizations below have pledged their support for New York's public schools and students and oppose any measure that would expand taxpayer-funded vouchers in our state.
